St Vincent's at 360 Victoria Street, Darlinghurst, occupies the former Green Park Hotel site adjoining the hospital campus. Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, wet and dry fire and vertical transportation services, taken through tender design and construction design phases, with each discipline carried as its own package. Converting a former hotel for health use means new clinical and support requirements must be resolved within an existing building on a constrained inner city site.
