Located on Pennant Hills Road, The Carling is a landmark residential precinct by Meriton, designed by Fender Katsalidis. The development comprises seven buildings rising up to 25 storeys and delivering 723 apartments in a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom layouts.

The project integrates extensive amenity, including over 1,100 basement car spaces, landscaped gardens, and communal recreation areas. Beyond housing, it incorporates a 3,000 m² community building, a library, a childcare centre, and 2,400 m² of retail and commercial tenancies, establishing a genuine mixed-use precinct. With a total gross floor area of nearly 80,000 m², The Carling is one of the largest urban renewal projects shaping Carlingford’s transformation into a connected, higher-density centre.
