The Harvey is a residential development by UFN at 23–29 Harvey Avenue, Moorebank, delivering 58 apartments across a six storey building with two basement levels. Designed by Dickson Rothschild and built by PCG Build, construction is now underway.

Goldfish & Bay is providing hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and wet and dry fire engineering, together with Level 3 electrical (ASP3) services. Bringing these disciplines together under one team gives the project a coordinated services package that supports efficient design, construction and long-term building performance.
