The Oscar is Meriton's dual tower development at 204 Alice Street, Brisbane, rising to 79 and 70 storeys on a 5,485 sqm site opposite the Brisbane Botanic Gardens. The scheme delivers more than 1,000 apartments across residential and short stay accommodation, a connected retail podium, a link between Alice and Margaret Streets, and a landscaped level 6 recreation deck with pools and wellness spaces.

Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic and electrical engineering design, with BIM coordination, for the project. The appointment builds on our work with Meriton in Queensland, including Cypress Palms on the Gold Coast, and brings our building services capability to a development set to become a notable addition to the Brisbane skyline.
