On Gadigal land of the Eora Nation, the Pemulwuy Project has given new life to "the Block" in Redfern, a place of deep significance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Led by the Aboriginal Housing Company and delivered by Deicorp, the State Significant Development has transformed the former Eveleigh Street precinct into a mixed use environment, guided by a masterplan first approved in 2009.

Goldfish & Bay delivered the hydraulic design and construction documentation for the Pemulwuy Business Hub (Precinct 2), designed by Nordon Jago Architects, which incorporates childcare, commercial and retail facilities alongside the Elouera Tony Mundine Gym. The broader project has received multiple industry awards, including honours from the UDIA and the Sydney Design Awards.
