Mid-rise residential development comprising 176 apartments across two buildings, with ground-floor retail, a landscaped courtyard, rooftop communal spaces, and two basement levels. Goldfish & Bay delivered full building services design to support compliance, constructability, and high-density delivery on a constrained 7,885 sqm urban infill site. Services were aligned with Green Square planning controls and broader sustainability goals, incorporating basement servicing, integrated public art façades, and pedestrian through-site links to enhance environmental performance and site character.
