Goldfish & Bay was engaged directly by TOGA to deliver full building services design for TOGA Health Ashfield.

Our scope covers hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, wet and dry fire, vertical transportation and Level 3 electrical (ASP3) infrastructure, taken from concept design through the State Significant Development Application and rezoning submission, design development, contract documentation and peer review. Early engagement at planning stage allows services strategy to inform the building's form and authority approvals from the outset.
