Kinara Place is a transformative mixed-use development in Villawood, NSW, delivered by Traders In Purple in partnership with the NSW Land & Housing Corporation. Set across a 1.5-hectare site, the masterplan will provide 350–400 new homes supported by almost 5,000 m² of retail, commercial and community space and more than 3,000 m² of landscaped public open space.

Stage 2, designed by DKO Architecture, introduces 334 apartments across two towers of 11 and 8 storeys, built above a vibrant ground plane. Retail and community uses include a 1,147 m² supermarket, specialty shops, a medical centre, and childcare facilities, supported by parking for 400 vehicles. At the heart of the development, a new 3,000 m² public park will provide play areas, gardens, seating, and public art, ensuring Kinara Place serves as both a residential and civic hub.

Currently in design development, Kinara Place represents one of the largest urban renewal opportunities in western Sydney, bringing new homes, services, and community infrastructure to Villawood.
