WCCCP Government Services Building is a four storey civic development forming Stage 2 of the broader Wollondilly Cultural Precinct in Picton. Developed by Wollondilly Shire Council and designed by Williams Ross Architects in collaboration with STH Architects, the building will provide contemporary workplace accommodation for Council operations alongside customer service facilities, flexible meeting spaces, public amenities and commercial tenancy areas. Addressing the Village Green, the development has been designed to support the long term growth of the region while strengthening Picton's role as the civic and community centre of the Wollondilly Shire.
