Goldfish & Bay delivered mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services for the Xavier Building on the St Vincent's campus in Darlinghurst, across the base commission and a subsequent variation. Carrying all four disciplines on one building means coordination between them is resolved inside the documentation, rather than worked out between separate consultants on site.
