This multi dwelling residential development delivers six residences with basement parking and shared amenities, including two swimming pools. Originally prepared by EMK Architects, with NTARCH leading the current design phase, the design focuses on light, proportion, and indoor outdoor living.
Projects in coastal settings like this bring a different level of detail, where layout, services, and long term performance need to be resolved together. Coastal conditions place added pressure on durability, drainage, and waterproofing, particularly where building services interface with structure and the building envelope.
The development spans basement and three levels of residential accommodation, with building services integrated to suit the layout and coordination of the project.
