Located within Byron Bay’s village centre, this boutique development brings together just eight residences within one of the most tightly held coastal locations in NSW.
Designed by HGA Studio and delivered by Cobild, the project combines residential and ground floor retail within a low rise building shaped around a central courtyard, open-air circulation, and a landscaped laneway linking Marvell Street and Fletcher Lane. Rooftop gardens and a pool extend the shared amenity, while the material palette and planting give the building a quieter, more grounded presence within its coastal setting.
Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic engineering design for the project, working closely with DBO Group and the broader consultant team through design and construction. Our scope supports water, drainage, and gas services across basement, residential, retail, and rooftop areas.
With only eight residences, the project sits at a scale where every planning decision is more visible. In a location like Byron Bay, that restraint matters just as much as the finish.
We’re looking forward to seeing this one progress through to completion. It’s a great project to be involved in, particularly in a location like Byron Bay where we continue to be engaged across a number of developments.
