Goldfish & Bay is pleased to be working with DASCO Australia on Marrickville Timberyards, a major new rental precinct in Sydney’s Inner West.

Developed by The Living Company, the $1.5 billion project is set to deliver 1,180 apartments across seven buildings, with homes ranging from studios to four bedrooms.

The design draws on Marrickville’s industrial heritage, bringing housing together with retail, creative spaces and new public areas that will open the site to the surrounding community.

Our involvement spans hydraulic and civil engineering, including hydraulic construction design and support throughout construction.

We look forward to working alongside the DASCO team as this significant project takes shape.
