Goldfish & Bay is proud to be delivering mechanical and hydraulic engineering design for OCEANIA, a premium residential project developed by Iris Capital and designed by Squillace Architects.
Located directly opposite Manly Beach, this boutique collection of seven full-floor penthouses is defined by its sculptural form, refined minimalism, and uninterrupted coastal outlooks. Each residence reflects a deep understanding of site, scale, and material restraint, elevating beachfront living without excess.
With its coastal exposure and low-volume scale, the project calls for discreet, high-functioning services that will perform reliably over time.
