SORA, SURFERS PARADISE | Named after the Japanese word for sky, SORA is a 36 level residential tower taking shape in the heart of the Gold Coast.
Located at 9 to 11 Thornton Street, Surfers Paradise, the development has been conceived as a place for year round living, bringing together 124 residences with an extensive collection of wellness, recreation, work and communal spaces.
Goldfish & Bay has been appointed to deliver Hydraulic Engineering for the project, supporting the detailed design and construction documentation of a building designed to operate as much more than a traditional coastal residence.
For us, SORA is also part of a bigger story.
Our presence on the Gold Coast continues to grow, with our teams now working across a number of projects throughout the region and several concentrated around Surfers Paradise.
As that project footprint expands, so does our opportunity to bring the experience of our Sydney teams into another major high rise market, while building new relationships with developers, builders and consultants across Queensland.
