Aeris forms part of Sekisui House Australia and Hankyu Hanshin Properties' long term vision for Melrose Park. Designed by GroupGSA, the development will deliver 468 residences across two residential towers and a podium building. Positioned at one of the precinct's highest points, it will contribute to the growing masterplanned community and the continued transformation of this part of Sydney.
Our involvement in AERIS builds on Goldfish & Bay's growing contribution across the Melrose Park precinct. Through our involvement in a range of residential, commercial, education and community projects, we continue to support developments that are helping shape one of Sydney's most significant urban renewal precincts.
