Goldfish & Bay has been providing building services design for CENTRAL QUARTER since 2022. Located opposite Merrylands Station, the project is a large-scale residential and commercial development now under construction.
Developed by Northland Group and designed by D+R Architects, the site includes 194 apartments across 18 storeys, 20 NDIS-compliant units, a five-level basement carpark, retail space, childcare facilities, a 24-hour gym and rooftop communal areas.
Our team is delivering hydraulic, electrical, wet fire and dry fire services. This includes embedded network design, fire system coordination, pump room layouts and ongoing site involvement through to final certification.
Completion is expected in 2026.
