FIVE DOCK VILLAGE | Creating a new urban village takes far more than great architecture.

Goldfish & Bay is pleased to be delivering multidisciplinary building services engineering for TOGA's proposed Five Dock Village development, a significant mixed use precinct that will contribute to the long term renewal of Sydney's Inner West.

Designed by Bates Smart, Wardle and Mostaghim, with landscape architecture by Taylor Brammer Landscape Architects, the proposal includes approximately 866 new homes, retail and community spaces, a supermarket, a 2,470 m² public park, a new public plaza and improved pedestrian connections, contributing to the ongoing transformation of the Parramatta Road corridor and supporting future metro connected living.

Our team is delivering electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire services and vertical transportation engineering, together with ASP3 accredited Level 3 electrical design services, integrating the essential building services that support residential buildings, retail spaces, basement infrastructure, central plant and the public domain throughout the precinct.
