CYPRESS PALMS | Set to become Queensland’s tallest residential towers, this twin-tower development is a bold and ambitious addition to the Surfers Paradise skyline, rising 76 and 90 storeys from a prime coastal site.

Developed and built by Meriton Group and designed by DBI, the project brings together two beachfront lots to create a striking precinct of height, form, and amenity. Framed by a golden vertical spine and crowned with uninterrupted ocean views, the towers will climb over 300 metres — placing Tower 1 as the second tallest building in Australia once complete.
