Last Tuesday, the Goldfish & Bay team attended the Innovation Summit Sydney 2025, hosted by Schneider Electric at ICC Sydney. The summit provided insightful discussions, interactive sessions, and practical demonstrations aimed at accelerating sustainable transformation within the engineering and construction sectors.

Unlike our previous experience at the Schneider Electric Innovation Hub—which offered a specialised, hands-on exploration of specific technologies—this summit delivered a wider industry perspective. It combined expert presentations, strategic networking opportunities, and comprehensive discussions on sustainability and innovation.

The event featured over 30 sessions led by industry experts, exploring key areas such as automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced energy management. Sustainability was a significant focus, with many sessions presenting practical strategies to achieve decarbonisation and net-zero objectives, highlighting real-world applications and measurable outcomes.

A notable element was the Innovation Hub exhibition—a dynamic 2,400 sqm space showcasing Schneider Electric’s leading solutions like EcoStruxure Automation Expert and the CONNECT ecosystem. This provided valuable insights into the role digital transformation and integrated engineering solutions play in sustainable project delivery.
