HILLS SHOWGROUND PRECINCT EAST | Castle Hill

Deicorp, in collaboration with GroupGSA and TURNER STUDIO, is delivering Hills Showground Precinct East — a residential project that forms part of the Hills Showground Station urban renewal program.

The development will provide 873 apartments across five buildings, including 44 affordable homes, alongside 3,500 sqm of public open space. Landscaped courtyards, rooftop gardens, and a central park anchor the precinct, designed to support both residents and the wider Hills community.

Located on Bidjigal – Dharug Country, the project adopts transit-oriented principles, placing new housing directly beside the Metro line to improve access to jobs, services, and recreation. A 5-Star Green Star rating and Carbon Neutral commitment underpin its sustainability framework.

Goldfish & Bay is engaged as part of the consultant team, contributing engineering expertise to support delivery of this significant addition to Sydney’s north-west growth corridor.
