The first stage of the development will deliver approximately 150 new homes, forming part of a master planned precinct expected to provide more than 500 apartments and 250 co-living dwellings. Affordable housing, specialist disability accommodation, activated retail spaces and public domain improvements have been integrated throughout the vision, creating a development designed to support a diverse and connected community.
Positioned within the Wollongong CBD and close to key transport, employment and community infrastructure, Keira Place reflects the scale of investment and growth currently shaping one of New South Wales' most important regional centres.
Goldfish & Bay is pleased to be providing Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical, Wet Fire and Dry Fire engineering services for the project, supporting the delivery of a development that will contribute to the continued evolution of the city.
