Last Friday, we finished the week the Goldfish & Bay way: basketball, woodfired pizza, and a winter sunset over the Petersham rooftop.

We believe good culture isn’t built in meetings. It grows in the in-between. The small moments when people slow down, share a laugh, and spend time together with no pressure. This time we swapped the BBQ for fresh pizza, served straight from the oven by the incredible team at Basilico Pizza. Big thanks to Salvatore, Derek, and the Nicola for the food, the warmth, and the energy. Grazie mille ragazzi, tra Roma e Napoli ci avete portato il meglio d’Italia. 🍕 

There were pick-up games, sideline chats, and easy conversations between people who don’t always cross paths. These are the moments that stick. When people feel good, the work speaks for itself.
