Last Friday, we joined the broader project team on the rooftop of THE KENSINGTON to mark the structure’s official topping out.

Developed by TOGA and built by DASCO Australia, THE KENSINGTON will deliver 142 apartments, street-level retail, and communal rooftop spaces. Designed by Nicholas Turner (TURNER STUDIO), the building responds directly to its urban setting, using form, proportion and material contrast to create a strong streetscape along Anzac Parade.

Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic, mechanical, and fire engineering design services for the development. From early coordination through to construction, our role is focused on translating design into systems that perform, quietly supporting the way the building operates, lasts, and lives.

It was great to see familiar faces from the Aadler Pty Ltd team and others involved in the build—always good to reconnect with people working across different stages of the project.
