Goldfish & Bay is proud to be contributing to the next stage of Meriton Group’s PAGEWOOD GREEN — a $3 billion masterplanned precinct reshaping Eastgardens into a high-density urban community.
We’ve been engaged by Plumb Group to deliver full hydraulic engineering design for this latest residential stage, which features two 20-storey towers and 385 apartments above a three-level basement, with architectural design by WMK Architecture and landscaped podium zones by Site Image Landscape Architects & Public Art Consultants. Our scope includes sanitary and trade waste drainage, hot and cold-water services, natural gas, rainwater reuse, and fire hose reel systems.
This engagement builds on our broader involvement across the Pagewood Green precinct, where we’ve delivered engineering design for multiple stages — including Manet (Lot A), Uccello (Lot B), Miro (Lot E), and Rivera (Lots G & H) — and are now designing Cezanne (Lot C) and Frida (Lot D), continuing the transformation of the former British American Tobacco site into a thriving residential community.
