PROJECT COMPLETION | 25hours Hotel The Olympia

Sydney’s newest hotel has officially opened its doors, and we’re proud to have contributed behind the scenes.

Goldfish & Bay was engaged by KwikFlo Group to deliver the hydraulic engineering drawings for the project, supporting construction delivery as part of our ongoing collaboration together.

Developed by Central Element + Boston Global Group, with architecture by Tonkin Zulaikha Greer, interiors by Woods Bagot and Indyk Architects and construction led by Richard Crookes Constructions, the former Olympia Theatre has been reimagined into a 109-room hotel with multiple dining venues, rooftop bar, wellness spaces and street-front activation along Oxford Street.
