Goldfish & Bay is proud to support one of the most significant precincts emerging in Sydney’s northwest, TALLAWONG VILLAGE. Sitting beside Tallawong Metro Station, the development introduces 17 buildings and close to 1,000 new homes, supported by retail and commercial spaces that bring genuine activity to the area.
Led by Deicorp, the project reflects a strong history of delivering transit focused communities. TALLAWONG VILLAGE brings economic, social, and environmental benefits to the region, including a reported 1.65 billion economic impact, new job opportunities, and sustainability measures such as onsite solar generation.
Goldfish & Bay has been involved since 2021, providing multi disciplinary engineering design across hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and both wet and dry fire systems. Our work supports the delivery of each building and helps ensure the project’s engineering outcomes are carried through with consistency and quality.
TURNER STUDIO has shaped a precinct that focuses on connection and long term livability, with an urban layout that strengthens pedestrian links, neighbourhood parks, and shared spaces. Their architectural approach brings together durable materials, passive ventilation strategies, and generous greenery to support a resilient urban environment. With direct access to the Metro, the precinct is firmly rooted in transit oriented design.
Across its podiums, terraces, and public spaces, Tallawong Village is being built as a place for residents and visitors to move, gather, and feel part of a connected community.
This project is the result of collaboration between Deicorp, TURNER STUDIO, Isthmus, and Goldfish & Bay, each contributing to the precinct’s ongoing evolution.
