Designed around care, independence and connection, St Nicholas Seniors Care Centre in Punchbowl is a purpose built aged care facility delivered by Deicorp in partnership with Antiochian Care Limited.
Goldfish & Bay was engaged by Deicorp to provide Hydraulic and Fire engineering services for the development. St Nicholas was one of our earlier aged care projects together, building on an established relationship that has continued across many projects since.
The 80 bed centre brings together residential accommodation with health, wellbeing, hospitality, recreation and community spaces, creating an environment designed around the needs of its residents.
The project has received significant industry recognition, including the Senior Living Development Award at the Urban Taskforce Australia Development Excellence Awards and Gold at the BETTER FUTURE Sydney Design Awards, as well as being shortlisted in the Excellence in Aged Care category at the 2024 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence.
