A seven-level mixed-use residential development comprising 12 oversized apartments above four ground-floor retail tenancies, delivered on a tightly constrained 598 sqm site with two basement parking levels. The upper three levels deliver full-floor penthouses with dual harbour and ocean views, incorporating a retained heritage element within the final scheme. CASTLE GRANGE | CASTLE HILL is a large-scale residential development currently under construction, forming part of the Hills Showground Precinct transformation in Sydney’s north-west.
