The project will deliver over 1,100 new homes and 6,500sqm of public open space as part of the NSW Government’s Parramatta Road Corridor strategy.

Goldfish & Bay is proud to be delivering Hydraulic, Electrical, and Wet & Dry Fire engineering design for this precinct. Our work supports essential infrastructure, safety systems, and coordinated services across one of the largest urban renewal projects now approved in the Inner West.

This is not just a housing development. It is a city-making precinct that will include 1,185 new homes, 218 affordable dwellings for essential workers, 14,700 square metres of retail and commercial space, a new civic plaza and public park, and more than $80 million in infrastructure contributions.

Our team is committed to providing systems that are coordinated, code-compliant, and built for long-term performance. From early planning through to detailed services integration, we are proud to support a project that places equal value on density, liveability, and connection.

Congratulations to DeicorpTURNER STUDIO, and the full consultant team on achieving this important milestone. Revisit our original project announcement >>>>> HERE
