Goldfish & Bay is proud to have delivered hydraulic engineering services for PIENZA, working in close coordination with KwikFlo Group to support both functionality and design intent. From water supply and sanitary drainage to stormwater management, our team provided efficient, compliant solutions tailored to the project’s mixed-use profile, supporting the design from early coordination through to final construction documentation.
Developed by Central Element and designed by SJB, PIENZA reimagines residential living with architecture that prioritises light, ventilation, and connection to the village atmosphere. The ground plane integrates retail and dining, adding activity and vibrancy to the neighbourhood.
As construction nears completion, we look forward to seeing PIENZA become a lasting landmark for Neutral Bay.
