PROJECT UPDATE | Hyde Metropolitan is taking shape in the heart of the city, with demolition now complete and excavation underway on one of Sydney’s most striking new towers.

Delivered by Deicorp and designed by Candalepas Associates, the project will rise 55 storeys above the southern edge of Hyde Park, a vertical build on a compact footprint, surrounded by heritage facades, active streets, and dense underground services.

Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic, electrical, fire, ESD, BIM coordination, and vertical transportation design services for the project.

This is the kind of high-rise work we know well, complex, layered, and full of critical interfaces between structure, services and architecture. It’s also one of the most visually refined towers we’ve been involved in, and we’re proud to contribute to a build that’s this considered from every angle.
