Goldfish & Bay is proud to be involved in Silverwater Connect, a new industrial development by Haralambis Management Pty Limited, designed by Antoniades Architects.
Located in Silverwater, the development will deliver 81 warehouse units with integrated mezzanine offices, supporting a diverse range of industrial and commercial businesses in one of Sydney's most established employment precincts.
Our team is providing electrical, wet fire and dry fire engineering services, with involvement spanning technical design reviews, value engineering, detailed documentation, design certification, consultant coordination and construction support.
Silverwater Connect adds to Goldfish & Bay's growing portfolio of industrial developments, further strengthening our experience across one of Australia's fastest growing sectors.
