Rising 27 storeys above Pacific Highway, The Bryson is taking shape as a new landmark for Chatswood, combining modern design with a clear nod to the area’s heritage. Developed by Goldfields Group and designed by Make Architects with delivery by Fraser & Partners, the project brings together residential, workplace, and retail use within a striking vertical form.

The tower’s most distinctive element is its terracotta ceramic blade façade, a feature that recalls Chatswood’s brickmaking history while delivering shading, natural ventilation, and sculptural presence. A refined palette of glass, steel, and earthy tones further anchors the building in its setting.

At podium level, residents will enjoy a landscaped rooftop designed as an urban retreat, complete with gardens, a lap pool, yoga terraces, fire-pit lounges, and outdoor dining spaces that connect daily life to nature.

Goldfish & Bay is excited to be on board with this landmark development, which is set to contribute to Chatswood’s continued growth as a vibrant mixed-use precinct.
