Goldfish & Bay is proud to be working with Meriton Group on The Carling, a major residential and retail development in Carlingford designed by FK Architects.

This new precinct will deliver over 1,200 apartments across seven towers, the tallest in the area, supported by 4,700 sqm of parkland, a 3,000 sqm community centre and library, and a vibrant new civic plaza. Retail and dining spaces are integrated at ground level, with direct access to transport, services, and Carlingford’s future light rail.

Our scope includes hydraulic, mechanical, and digital engineering design, including BIM execution planning, clash detection, and coordinated model delivery. As the project moves forward, our team will continue to align services with Meriton’s construction program and design intent, supporting delivery across all stages of development.
