TOPPED OUT | Muse reached its topping out milestone late last year, marking the completion of the building structure and the transition into the next stage of the project.
Strong projects are shaped as much by how teams work together as by what is delivered. On this project, the consultant team was involved early, kept across the work, and included at key milestones as the project moved on site.
Muse is a boutique residential development of 13 apartments in the heart of Potts Point, designed to sit comfortably within the area’s built character while supporting contemporary residential living. The project includes private balconies and terraces, integrated building services, and carefully resolved coordination across the building, with completion targeted for mid-2026.
Goldfish & Bay and Bay is delivering full building services engineering across hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and fire disciplines, working alongside the wider project team.
Shared milestones and an integrated team approach have kept coordination clear as the project continues.
