Waterstone marks Sekisui House Australia’s first development on the Lower North Shore, a four-building residential precinct designed to deliver a calmer, greener model of apartment living within one of Sydney’s most established urban centres.
Designed originally by Koichi Takada Architects and developed through delivery by TURNER STUDIO, the project is shaped around a landscaped north–south green spine by ASPECT Studios, connecting residents to neighbouring bushland reserves, pocket parks and shared walking trails. Across its five released residences, the development introduces 207 apartments spanning four to nine storeys, supported by communal open spaces that prioritise privacy, social connection and everyday wellbeing.
Goldfish & Bay is proudly delivering the full hydraulic engineering design across all four buildings, coordinating services through the shared basement structure in collaboration with the wider consultant team.
Construction is scheduled to commence in late 2025.
