Long before Green Square became one of Sydney's fastest growing urban centres, this part of Zetland was better known for industry, warehouses and the Suttons automotive site that occupied the precinct for decades.
Zetland Square forms part of the next phase of that transformation, with Stage 3 delivering four residential buildings, 241 apartments, retail space and extensive basement infrastructure across the Epsom Road site.

Positioned alongside Gunyama Park and integrated with the broader Green Square precinct, the development will contribute new homes, retail activation and public amenity within one of Sydney's fastest growing urban communities.
Goldfish & Bay is providing Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical engineering design services for the project, supporting the coordination and integration of building services across the multi building development.
The delivery of a project of this scale relies on the contribution of a broad consultant team. We are pleased to be working alongside Meriton Group, WMK Architecture, Cottee Parker, Dickson Rothschild, MHNDU, Crone Architects, Giles Tribe Architects, Nordon Jago Architects and the broader project team on the delivery of this significant residential precinct.
