The project occupies a prominent island site with four street frontages and comprises seven buildings of up to eight storeys, delivering approximately 290 apartments arranged around landscaped central gardens and shared open space. Its scale and configuration play a key role in shaping a new, well-connected urban centre anchored by the Hills Showground Metro Station.
Goldfish & Bay is part of the consultant team delivering the project alongside Meriton Group and Giles Tribe Architects, engaged as the hydraulic engineer responsible for servicing coordination across multiple buildings and basement levels on a constrained site with shared infrastructure.
Construction is underway, with completion targeted for 2026.
