Delivered for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation, the Chester Hill Affordable Housing project was developed to provide new long term housing outcomes within an established residential area in Sydney’s south west.

Located at 48–50 Wellington Road, the completed development delivered 37 one and two bedroom apartments, providing 100% affordable housing designed to support long term community needs.

Our team contributed hydraulic engineering design services for the project, supporting the broader consultant and construction team through the delivery phase.

Designed to Livable and Adaptable Housing standards, the project reflects the importance of thoughtful residential design in delivering practical and long term housing outcomes for the community.

This project was one of Goldfish & Bay’s earlier affordable housing developments in this sector, following our engagement in 2021. Since then, the team has continued contributing to a growing number of affordable and community housing projects across NSW, with several more currently in progress.
