Last week at Goldfish & Bay, our electrical team sat down with Brad Sheen from Inner Range Australia & New Zealand to explore smart approaches to access control and integrated building security.

The session covered how Inner Range systems can be tailored to suit commercial and high-security environments, offering scalable options across everything from single-tenancy fitouts to enterprise-grade developments.

We discussed their high-security Integriti platform, relevant for government and defence-grade applications, and how enterprise systems can support multi-site integration, remote monitoring, and real-time access control management.

A live demo of the hardware was also on the table, including keypad modules, controller boards, and access readers, offering a hands-on look at the physical tech behind these digital systems. It was a clear reminder that great electrical design also considers serviceability, hardware compatibility, and long-term user interaction.
