MEET THE TEAM | Ram Peddireddy

Ram joined Goldfish & Bay in June 2025, bringing a rare combination of on-site construction experience and digital design expertise. With a background in both BIM and delivery, he approaches every model with the mindset of someone who has seen what works in the real world and what doesn’t.

Currently working on tender-stage projects, Ram spends his days reviewing drawings, developing coordinated BIM models, and ensuring the design is practical, buildable, and ready for pricing. His work may be behind the scenes, but its impact is immediate. By identifying coordination issues early and refining design clarity, he helps pave the way for smoother project delivery down the line.

“Even small details in a model can have big cost or timeline impacts down the road,” he says — a reflection of the care and foresight he brings to each task.

Though he’s only been part of the team a short time, Ram has already made meaningful contributions. His ability to balance technical accuracy with constructability is proving invaluable, particularly in the early stages where clear documentation sets the tone for everything that follows.

What drives him is simple: making a difference through his work, and being part of a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
