Mosaic: Elevating Living Standards in Sydney’s Inner West

We are proud to introduce MOSAIC, a remarkable mixed-use development at the heart of Marrickville’s transformation. This project reimagines urban living, offering a seamless blend of residential and commercial spaces that cater to modern lifestyles in Sydney’s inner west.

Situated at 265 Illawarra Road, Mosaic is an urban sanctuary featuring three frontages and a design that cleverly transitions in height to harmonize with neighboring structures. This project seamlessly blends residential and commercial spaces to cater to modern lifestyles, offering 44 apartments and four ground-floor retail units across 3,980 sqm. The building’s brick columns establish a rhythmic facade, providing enhanced privacy and shade for the apartments, while intricate brickwork pays homage to Marrickville's rich art-deco history. This meticulous design seamlessly integrates Mosaic into the local urban fabric, offering residents generous living spaces, premium finishes, and sunlit balconies for a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

At Goldfish & Bay, we are proud to have delivered the hydraulic, fire, mechanical, and electrical building services design for MOSAIC, achieving superior efficiency and sustainability. Our detailed coordination of all building services significantly elevated construction operations and quality standards.

Our collaboration with Astute Property, Benson McCormack Architecture, Matthew Higginson Landscape Architecture has resulted in this remarkable project.
