Pagewood Centro | MIRO

On 16.5 hectares of former industrial land along Bunnerong Road, the Pagewood Green masterplan is transforming a significant employment site into one of Sydney’s largest residential redevelopments. The precinct, delivered by Meriton Group, will ultimately provide thousands of apartments, retail space and extensive public open areas as part of a staged urban renewal program.


Pagewood Centro MIRO formed one of the key completed stages within that masterplan.


The project comprises two residential towers above three basement levels, delivering more than 300 apartments within the evolving Eastgardens precinct.


Goldfish & Bay delivered hydraulic engineering design and construction phase services for Lot E.


Our scope covered stormwater design upstream of OSD, sanitary and trade waste drainage, hot and cold-water services, rainwater reuse, gas reticulation, fire hose reel systems, penetration setouts, preparation of the Sewer Service Diagram and O&M documentation.


The complexity was concentrated below ground. Three basement levels required structured integration of pump-out wells, drainage networks and vertical risers within tight structural grids, coordinated alongside EV infrastructure, lift cores and fire stairs. Early resolution of penetrations and riser alignments supported buildability and construction sequencing throughout delivery.


MIRO is one of multiple stages across the Pagewood Green masterplan where our team has delivered engineering design. Our involvement has included Manet (Lot A), Uccello (Lot B), Miro (Lot E) and Rivera (Lots G & H), with Cezanne (Lot C) and Frida (Lot D) currently in design.


Our continued engagement reflects long-term collaboration with Meriton Group and the broader project team as the former British American Tobacco site continues its transition into a high-density residential precinct.
