Some projects have the potential to reshape an entire precinct. Melrose Wharf is one of them.

Today, our team had the pleasure of attending the official launch of Holdmark's Melrose Wharf waterfront precinct, marking the project's transition from demolition and early works to construction.

Just twelve months after the State Significant Development Application was lodged, the project has reached another significant milestone, transitioning from planning into construction. Once complete, Melrose Wharf will deliver more than 2,400 homes, including 378 affordable homes, alongside neighbourhood retail, generous public open space and a revitalised waterfront as part of the broader $5 billion Melrose Park urban renewal precinct.

Projects of this scale are only possible through years of collaboration between developers, government, architects, planners, engineers and the wider consultant team. It's always rewarding to see that shared vision become reality through milestones like this.

Congratulations to Holdmark Property Group, Sarkis Nassif, Kevin Nassif, the NSW Government, The City of Parramatta, and the outstanding design team including SJB, Fuse Architects, FK, fjcstudio, Arcadia Landscape Architecture and The Planning Studio, along with everyone else contributing to bringing this landmark precinct to life.

We look forward to following Melrose Wharf's progress over the coming years and seeing the positive impact it will have on Sydney's future.
