Deicorp’s latest construction update captures the scale of Showground Pavilions and the progress being made as structural works advance and building services installation gets underway.

Goldfish & Bay is contributing across the development, with our involvement spanning hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and fire engineering, together with CFD modelling.

Designed by TURNER STUDIO and GroupGSA, the precinct will bring new homes and 3,500 square metres of public open space to Castle Hill, alongside Hills Showground Metro and the neighbouring Hills Showground Village.

For our team, this update represents design decisions, detailed coordination and many hours of work now taking physical shape. We’re proud of our engineers’ contribution and pleased to share this progress alongside Deicorp and the wider project team.
