The project comprises three seven storey residential buildings containing 144 dwellings, organised around Stanton Lane, a through site link connecting Dunning Avenue and Mentmore Avenue. The masterplan is structured to support shared amenities and a central landscaped garden, reinforcing permeability and connection across the site.
Our scope includes hydraulic services design and documentation across all buildings, covering sanitary plumbing, water services, stormwater within the site, fire hose reel services, and associated coordination. The hydraulic design has been developed in Revit to LOD400, supporting detailed coordination of basement drainage, risers, pump infrastructure, penetrations, and service interfaces across the three buildings.
A project defined by strong coordination and an experienced consultant team.
