THE ANGOPHORA | Chatswood

Contributing to a legacy of design excellence, we are part of THE ANGOPHORA, a competition-winning mixed-use development on Gamaragal Country in Chatswood.

Designed by Carter Williamson Architects with Land and Form Studios, the project takes inspiration from the Angophora tree to create a form that connects community, landscape and sustainability. Two towers rise from a shared podium, where the brick base references the surrounding heritage fabric while landscaped communal areas and public art open the development to the community.

Goldfish & Bay is providing hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, fire and vertical transportation engineering services to integrate building systems with the architectural vision.

We are working alongside an accomplished team of collaborators bringing their expertise to a project that will transform the Chatswood streetscape.
