Goldfish & Bay, in collaboration with PLUS Architects and Greenaway Architects, is proud to contribute to Baia, a pioneering development in Rhodes, NSW. This competition-winning design aims to create a sustainable, culturally rich urban community, integrating modern convenience with deep respect for the area’s heritage.

Situated within the Rhodes Peninsula, Baia reflects Water, Ground, and Sky Country, incorporating insights from Greenaway Architects to honour the region’s cultural significance. The mixed-use precinct will feature 277 apartments, a childcare facility, and retail amenities, all within close proximity to Rhodes Train Station, parklands, and waterways.

Architecturally, the podium mimics eroded Hawkesbury sandstone, while the tower is articulated as separated ‘community blocks’, reducing visual impact and enhancing form. The integration of native flora and fauna** further connects the development to the natural landscape.
