As the next stage of the Auburn Square precinct, the development continues the evolution of one of Western Sydney's growing mixed use destinations. Designed by Rothelowman for Tian An LFD and being delivered by BINAH, Auburn Square brings together residential, retail and public spaces, contributing to the continued growth of Auburn's town centre.
Behind every major development is months of coordination long before construction reaches site. Goldfish & Bay is providing Digital Engineering and BIM Coordination services for the project, supporting multidisciplinary coordination through digital modelling, BIM management and clash detection. Working closely with BINAH and the wider consultant team, our Digital Engineering specialists are helping identify and resolve coordination challenges early, supporting more efficient project delivery.
Our involvement in Auburn Square reflects Goldfish & Bay's continued growth in Digital Engineering, supporting builders and project teams in delivering increasingly complex developments across Sydney.
